Whether you're booking a regular weekly class, a community meeting or a one-off celebration, we offer flexible hire options for both our halls.
Both halls are self-service, with kitchen facilities, tables and chairs available for your use. If you require the hall to be set up for you, a £20 set-up fee may apply.
VINEY HALL
180m² · Up to 180 people
Regular bookings (For bookings at least once a month)

2 hours → £25
4 hours → £50
6 hours → £65
8 hours → £80
One-off bookings
Half day (up to 4 hours) → £85
Evening (up to 4 hours) → £85
Full day (up to 8 hours) → £110
BIRCH HALL
86m² · Up to 86 people

BEFORE YOU BOOK
There are a few important things to be aware of before making a booking. Please download and read our provacy policy and full conditions of hire.
CANCELLATION
Bookings must be cancelled at least one week before the booking date to qualify for a refund.
SET UP
Our halls are self-service. If you require the hall to be set up for your booking, a £20 set-up fee may apply.
SUPERVISION
The lead booker must be over 18, and is responsible for the hall, contents and attendee behaviour.
NOISE
Hirers are asked to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly when arriving, leaving and during evening events.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol may only be consumed or provided with prior written permission from hall management.
LIMITATIONS
We do not accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties, and bouncy castles are not permitted.
CLEANING
The hall must be left as it was found: clean, tidy and secure. Rubbish must be removed and furnature returned.
SAFETY
All hirers must follow the safety procedures and keep emergency exits and escape routes clear.
